Chapter 244: Initiative

When Xiang Wan saw that, she felt something was amiss.

"Bai Muchuan, you've already looked for a house for me?"

Bai Muchuan responded lazily with a "Mm", as though he was not quite awake from his little nap.

"Well…" Xiang Wan dragged her voice as she observed the surroundings of the neighborhood. "This place, the rent should be quite expensive?"

"It's quite okay." His answer was vague.

Xiang Wan's eyebrows crinkled together with worry.

She wanted to pay for the rent herself. If it was too expensive… she might feel heartache!

Dongzi directly parked the car at the underground carpark.

When they alighted from the car, Xiang Wan noticed that it was a private parking lot.

She was startled for a while and looked at Bai Muchuan. "Isn't it appropriate to park at somebody else's carpark lot?"

Bai Muchuan shrugged his shoulders indifferently. "Let's leave our luggage here and go out for a while."

"Mm? Go out?"
