Chapter 4: Goblin Struggles

A group of goblins was currently discussing something, it was about how to eat the human who was up in a tree. They've tried climbing the tree but sadly all of them were kicked to the ground one by one without fail.
"First Wolves and now Goblins?! Why couldn't just God throw me in some village?" Jason looked at the goblins huddling just below him. 'Should I make a run for it? No, it's already night time who knows which monster I'll run into next and I might've never had the chance to climb up a tree next time.'
"If only my phone was here...*Sigh"

"Master!!! Where are you?" Natalia was currently searching for Jason who knows where he'd already gone to.
"Master! I've already got your strange box! Sorry for hitting it that far!" While Natalia was looking for Jason, she was lucky to chance upon it when she was picking up a fruit on an apple tree. The phone was being pecked by baby birds which their mother brought them, by exchanging the phone with the fruit, she managed to get the phone without shedding blood.
Just as Natalia was about to head off in another direction:
*Now playing "Sound of Silence"...
...
"Natalia where've you run to!" Jason screamed into his mind, he was afraid of attracting more monster with his noise as even the goblins were speaking in a low voice.
[An hour later of endless goblin bickerings...]
"God I swear I'll do anything you want if ever I can leave this place alive!"
Currently, the original 15 goblins were now have gone to become bear food! His luck was just terrible! Before all of this happen, The goblin seemed gained intelligence as they started climbing another tree which was taller than his current tree, and plans to jump on him. Of course, Jason couldn't be outwitted by these "kids" he dodged them one after another as he drops them off one by one.
Everything was going just fine when the last goblin actually screamed when it fell on a jagged rock. That wasn't the worst part, the worse part was a bear was currently busy eating honey and was coincidentally near them. Maybe thinking that meat is better than organic food, it actually headed right towards them after hearing the wailing goblin.
*Roar
"All hope is lost!" Jason was prepared to run for it the moment this bear manages to bring this tree down.
*Thud *Thud
*Crash
Just as the bear was about to charge again at the tree. Both the bear and Jason looked at their side as they looked where a weird sound was coming from.
"Ohh, noo I'm gonna delete that later!" Jason couldn't help giving himself a slap in the face.
*Hello, Darkness my old friend...I've come to talk...
"So embarrassing...I really have to delete that..."
Two voice exclaimed in sync as they called to each other.
"Master!"
"Natalia!" Jason then hugs the shadow behind him out of excitement, he was shocked as well as he didn't even have the guts to confess to her crush in 8th Grade.
'Small, but soft..." Jason thought, but soon the heavenly sensation disappeared as a blow to his stomach soon followed.
*Ugk
"Pervert..." Natalia muttered, she didn't even bother to catch the falling Jason as she already knew where he was about to fall into.
*Thud
"Ahhhh huh?" Jason touches the object where he landed and thought 'Fur?'. He actually landed on the bear!
"..."
Although Jason wasn't an expert about bears, he could already determine that the bear was already dead based on how it didn't even moved or flinch after being landed by a 170+ pound human.
Jason touched his body, checking for any possible dislocations or fractures to his body.
"Why did you drop me?! I di-"Jason complained but was cut in half when something hit his face.
*Slap
"How dare you take advantage of my body! You deserve to die!" Natalia then summoned her claw as she prepared to slash Jason into pieces.
'She's really going to kill me?!" Just as Jason was panicking Natalia suddenly stopped. Jason heard his phone vibrated who knows where she put it.
"Calm Down! It's nothing serious, someones just trying to call me!" Jasons tried calming down the panicked Natalia, but after hearing Jason's reassurance her mindset as an assassin kicked in trying to be rational once more.
"Why is it shaking?" Natalia asked nervously.
"Its to notify me when someones trying to contact me."
Natalia then took the phone out from one her pockets in her robes and threw it back to Jason.
"Hey, careful!"
'Someone really is calling me!' Seeing the callers name he immediately answered.
"Hehehehe, I hope you'll hold onto your words" the caller said.
"Promise? Maybe you called the wrong person, God" Jason didn't really know that he promised something to God.
God didn't reply but instead, sent a voicemail to him. The voice mail played as Jason heard his own voice loud and clear.
*God I swear I'll do anything you want if ever I can leave this place alive!...
"I think I've heard a mortal shout my name, so I answered his wishes!"
Jason knew what God was saying, God was issuing him a quest. Maybe he'll slay a demon lord or destroy some evil cult?
"I know what you're thinking but I've already summoned a hero from another world and he needs someone to fight with."
"..."
"I'm going to be the demon lord am I?!"
"Pfft...HAHAHAHAHAHAA....No."
"You noticed how weak those beasts are, Jason?"
Jason didn't reply as he didn't even know this world's standard for weak, and Natalia one-hit them so he didn't know.
"You know how in novels where demonic forms a "core" right? This world doesn't lack mana or anything...Their just getting slaughtered before they even manage to become adult!"
"There's this organization called "Light God's Church" who kills monsters from time to time," God added.
"So am I going to destroy the Church?"
"No, although the Church are the main culprits, it's also the beasts fault for being a "living treasure" their body parts could be used in every way."
Jason nodded ass he understood that beast parts were huge in demand but low in supply.
"So your job is to make them stronger!"
"Am I going to tame them one by one?!?!"
"No! That's very stupid even for a mortal. I want you to make them a home! a Dungeon!"
