"Mmmff"
"Almost there Miss…"
"Mmmmmm!"
….
"waaahhhhh"
A baby's very first cry was heard resounding through the sea blue room.
Immediately after, a tall young man in a black royal robe that faintly seemed like it had red and violet scales flashing in and out of existence rushed into the room with a slightly anxious expression towards the stunningly beautiful young lady with blood-red hair who was leaning up on a bed.
"Jiàn'er! How's Arcane? Is he alright? How are you? Did the birth go well?..."
The lighting in the room seemed to dim along with his entrance and agitated mood as the young man hurriedly rambled off.
Looking at her husband who seemed to lose his bearings and his natural majestic air, rushing to her side with a flustered expression, she couldn't help but flash warm smile before breaking into a soft giggle that was as refreshing as spring rain on a hot day, causing the young man to fall into a daze as he blankly watched his usually expressionless wife wholeheartedly giggling with his son in her arms still lightly sobbing with his eyes closed before going silent into slumber.
"We're fine dear, you should have been more worried if he didn't cry as soon as he was born"
Xuè Jiàn warmly smiled as she finally replied to Arietid before once more looking up from her newborn into the eyes of her man as she continued.
"You should also try to suppress your eyes, otherwise you might crush his soul. Also can you seal mine first? As I am now, I lack the control needed to completely suppress mine without any leaks, after all, I am currently weakened."
"Mm, I understand. So don't resist otherwise you might cause space to crack again like what you caused to appear everywhere else outside"
Arietid slowly responded as he woke from his daze. His gaze seemed to start turning dull when suddenly his violet cross shaped pupil seemed to brighten with a flash, then everything went back to normal as his pupils turned grey along with his formerly crimson red iris' like a grey curtain was covering his eyes. Similarly, Xuè Jiàn's eyes seemed to glaze over as they changed from the starry night sky to a grey color with that looked like stars were flickering behind it.
