Chapter 30: Cave Of Forgotten Past
Marcus and others arrived at the Cave of Forgotten Past entrance as they looked at entrance which instead of a cave entrance it was more like a haunted mansion instead. As they entered the mansion it was empty as Marcus ask Aeris she told him than in the basement the will be a trapped door leading to the actual monster infested part as the top place has been raided long ago. Marcus and company quickly reach the basement after 30 minutes of going through traps and wondering. When the entered the actual place with the monsters Marcus added everyone to the party, but had Falce sit out as she was to powerful for now and Aeris would lowered the exp if they use her at all.
The first monster they came across were some zombies at early Budding stage, Marcus had Mari and the Assassin's deal as the assassin's use their new stealth abilities and darkness and space laws to quickly come behind each one and cut off the heads with their swords or pierce it with the hidden blades, as Mari took her whip and burned away tens of zombies around. They continued this until they reach the 26 floor where Martial King skeletons and elite skeletons started to appear as they could gain, Marcus was about to join he heard a ding sound as the system said
[Ding, Host has started a new mission called "Pathway to Success" kill all of the skeletons n the floor with the Assassin's only. Time limit: 1 hour Mission reward: System team update will be added, Assassin's shoes, leadership title, 10,000 exp. Failure: minus tens stats to all Assassin's. Already Selected, cannot say no]
Marcus became speechless and told the Assassin's about the mission as they nodded the heads and disappeared into thin air. Marcus began to communicate with them telepathy and gave the instructions after surveying the surrounding first. He decide first is the assassins should take antidote pills first then grab some rocks and cluster them together to form an human shaped with some bone corroding poison on it and the ceiling, then use rocks or probes attacks to grabbed the attention facing the human shaped rock once some are near the rock destroy the ceiling this is will kill some of them, but the main purpose was to create a dust cloud with poison to start to corrode the bones and use the dust as coverage as they begin to shoot far away with fire arrows that will cause an explosive reaction by the poison causing it to explode and kill the weaker skeletons with smoke covering the entire are at this point as the winds from the explosion will cause the dust and fog from the explosion to carry and spread. With this it will get rid of most and injure the rest unless there is an anomaly among the skeletons, if not the assassin's can just go on a killing spree if not, Marcus will have the assassin's take the lead as they each had taken the lead in the organization training and doing there own work to finish off their opponents.
As Marcus plan went well except for one anomaly an elite skeleton appeared the assassin's had killed the other first and then dealt with the elite skeleton as they provoke and trick the skeleton along with tripping it causing it to suffer many damages. After enough damage was added to it each assassin attack a different spot from the neck, to the legs and arms, and center body destroying the skeleton within 10 minutes with the mission complete. Everyone gain assassin's shoes their footwear modified with a hidden blade in them to walk and run up walls and sneak attack someone in a fight and a group feature was added in which Marcus change the party to team instead, as they entered the next floor.
There was no new missions and with Marcus entering the fray in the next floor and Kumi entering at the 50th floor they smoothly passed 70th floor within a day before finally starting to slow down as the cave started to add more unique monsters to cover weakness of of the others. after a rest, Marcus and co started to go down to the 71st floor when they heard a ding from the system.
[Ding, Mission Establish: Reach and clear the 175th floor before the awakening ceremony starts. Time Limit: to Dragon Awakening Ceremony in the Hazard Family. Mission Reward: 1,000,000 exp for each person, free bloodline below 100,000 for each person, 5,000,000 DP points, Title Endless Conqueror, and a free fused power for Marcus. Mission Failure: Title Loser. Mission Accept/ Reject]

SageGodVerhar Filler, Filler, and more Filler, not really but more is just to much planning and information I have to add when they pop into my head, or else will forget them like last chapter was not suppose to exist, but then I thought of the scene of the forming of the nine-tail fox and a world tree becoming a human along with System updates abilities.
The next chapter will come with a status update chapter and that will mark the end of Volume 1.
