Chapter 7: Seals and Elemental Nations

"GAH!"Orochimaru let a little painful gasp as thousands of memories entered his brain.Tayuya and Karin had already climaxed so they didn't noticed it, but Orochimaru grabbed his head and puked blood.
"Fuck!"
He quickly left the room and went to clean himself.After that he began to concentrate on the memories.This Orochimaru was apparently even more talented when it came to seals.His Cursed Mark was even more powerful and he could use the Shiki Fuuin without any difficulties, the other seals were all prototypes even though one caught his attention.
Chakra Burst Seal-A seal that allows the user to concentrate his chakra and liberate it in the form of a burst of energy, momentarily boosting his jutsu and his chakra control.If the seal is too powerful it can severely damage the user's chakra coils.
He already knew how to use it.Of course he could use to overpower an ennemy, but think about it...He had a special poison seal that can kill anyone who has a lower level than him.If he encountered someone with a higher level than him and that he couldn't beat, he would just have to use this Chakra Burst seal to boost himself and use the poison seal to kill the ennemy, than he could just flee using his snakes.It wasn't the best plan, but it could work especially when facing someone like Izumi or Jiraya.
All the others seals were basic or just prototypes that weren't interesting enough to be focused on.He went to the main room of his Laboratory and ordered his subordinates to conduct test in the seal.They wouldn't be able to complete it but atleast he would be one step closer.He talked with many of his subordinates to get some informations and walked in a long corridor, before he reached Kimimaro's room.
He then entered Kimimaro's room and was a bit stunned.The entire room was empty except for a rather clean bed and.....
'A pile of books on human emotions ?Well seems like Kimimaro has some problems!'
[This Kimimaro was trained to become a perfect weapon, kinda like the original Danzo trained his Root Ninja.He has incredible problem with human interaction, but most importantly emotions, as he was raised to don't feel any.]
'Sad...Not really actually.'Thought Retsu.
"Oh!Master Orochimaru!"
Kimimaro walked in front of Orochimaru and kneeled, showing deep admiration.

"Very well master.Let's start with the current conflicts, Kiri's civil war has ended extremely quickly after Konoha decided to help them, now Mei Terumi the leader of the rebels, became the new Mizukage and signed an alliance with Konoha.Iwa and Kumo are close to declare war on each other after the Raikage accused the Tsuchikage of hiring the Akatsuki.Something that isn't really considered like a crime, but many people in the Elemental Nations have started to understand the Akatsuki's true goal, and the Raikage thinks that Iwa could become a serious threat with the Akatsuki.Finally the land of waves had been in a bad situation for 2 years after a businessman called Gato took control of it forcefully.The situation never changed as Konoha can't afford to attack him.Gato is under the protection of a mysterious woman who calls herself Seijuro Kodaka.She protects him from any threats with the various mercenaries that she hired while he give her 60% of everything he steal from the land of waves."Said Kimimaro watching his master's reaction carefully, and it seems that he saw right.
"Kekeke~Kimimaro prepare our ninjas for battle, we'll take control of the land of waves."
"Master are you sure about that?It seems quite risky."
"Don't worry, apart from the Akatsuki members there are no mercenaries who can cause trouble for us~Also i want to meet with this Kodaka person, what better way to do that than to provoke her?"Said Orochimaru,even though he actually didn't knew if the ninjas he had under him could beat the mercenaries.He only cared about his most powerful subordinates, the weaker ones could die for all he cared.Blame Orochimaru's personnality for that.
"Now what about other important events, that aren't linked to any conflicts?"
"*Cough*Fang Country had an incredible economic developpment due to the slaves trades.Demon Country's Daimyio decided to begin the construction of a hidden village, a village that will be named 'The village hidden in the Youki' or Youkigakure no sato.It will be named like that because of the number of demonic beasts present in this land.Finally, Master Pein has decided to recruit more ninja since now that they have quality, he wants quantity to reinforce the 'Akatsuki's Army'"
'Yeah more like it's Obito who ordered him to do that......I hope nothing changed too much in the Akatsuki!'
"Ah!It also seems that the Kyuubi's Jinchuuriki had his identity revealed by Hiruzen Sarutobi who had enough of all the suffering the boy's endured, actually it seems that the boy has been even more depressed now and-"
