Chapter 2: Fate's power

With the birth of Fate gu, it began to roam around everywhere, through mountains and rivers roaming the heavens while spreading out an invisible heaven web that could encompass every living being under heaven and earth.

It wrapped around rocks, plants, and even fine dust carried around by the wind. Fate carefully went around the world, going through every Secluded Domain and treading on new paths through life and death, the future and past silently manipulating everything.

To be honest, it was actually relatively easy to escape the arrangement of Fate as long as you dive into chaos, albeit only for a minuscule amount of time. Experiencing being free from Fate was something staggering; imagine being stuck on something for as long as you can remember. But after years after years of fruitless endeavors, you finally break through the wall blocking you from achieving success.

Like how you could be free, as long as you dive into chaos, you could destroy Fate's web by placing it in chaos. Actually, other than otherworldly demons whose Fate wasn't bound by Fate the moment they were born. The only other thing that could destroy it was chaos. Although it was born the child of Heaven and Earth, its body was not safe from the corrosion of chaos.

The power of chaos was something that no person could imagine who knew how long the universe had existed and how chaos had obliterated all matter until now.

Fate knew this and was thus not arrogant, thinking that it could rule over all sentient life. It just traveled through the world, waiting for Heaven and Earth to separate apart of their consciousness to create the will of Heaven and Earth that will create rules and regulate over the world.

However, it wasn't just sitting still. Knowing that its parent will create creatures similar to it, Fate knew that he wouldn't have to control them (as they come from the corresponding origin and Fate is already a part of them); it started to come up with ideas for those creatures deciding on naming them Gu based on the name of the world.

It came up with the most powerful things it could, including Love gu, Emotion gu, Sucess gu, Failure gu, Evolution gu, Lifespan gu, Creation gu, and many others. However, Creation gu and Evolution gu had the most potential out of all of them. It was the origin of refinement and why Humans and Variant humans could imitate heaven and earth by creating gu or why they could increase a Gu's power.
