After what could only be labeled as the most intense, and edgy time in Rei's life, he was actually told to continue training as he saw fit until he became 4, once he entered the academy and graduated, he would be pulled into a special 'Genin Elite Force.' or something.
And, training he did. He continued his hellish, painful training while only getting better in his application of seals and their meaning and deeper ability.
As his talent with seals increased, so did the seals around the clan compound increase in level and skill, he would passively begin to make those come out of the Talmos clan better to ensure better survivability through the two wars that would for sure happen in Rei's lifetime, the fourth ninja war? Rei's very existence has already begun to make that a less likely chance of happening
He continued to train, Mei, Tsunade, and now occasionally Kakashi had joined Rei in his workouts, not as intense as Rei's own, but none of them wanted to be left behind, strange enough Jiraiya hadn't made an appearance. He has seen Orochimaru wondering, but usually, in books, it'd be weird if he tried to approach a random kid, he would need to wait until the academy started and Orochimaru began to show off his genius status.
With this two years had passed, Rei was only much stronger than he had been two years ago, he was now four along with Mei, and Tsunade, along with other future clan heads, and a few people from his own clan that had got into the 'Special' Class A.
Despite them learning the basics of everything in the academy, Rei learned far more from his own parents, this is what he would need to change in the future. Just because other kids didn't have access to a clan, shouldn't mean they should have their limited knowledge.
Rei's chakra was, as they thought much larger and far thicker than most could ever dream of, Tobirama had actually shown up himself to see Rei's 'Awakening.' when he would try and channel his chakra actively for the first time.
Standing in a field in one of the Talmos training compounds were his parents, Mito Uzumaki, Tsunade, Kakashi and his Father, and Mei and her mother who was just like a bombshell as Mei would be in the future.
Rei was standing in the middle of the field, his hands joined together in the basic sign of 'Release' Ram. With a deep breath Rei focused, he was already instructed on what to do, he simply needed to 'activate' his chakra, and channel it through him actively, which he knew instinctively how to do from the moment of his birth.
He opened his red eyes suddenly and spoke. "Release!"
The moment he did, everyone immediately took a step back forcibly, Kakashi went to his knees near-instantly, suffering from chakra suppression from something overwhelming. The adults could feel the suppression, but their skill and experience allowed them to push through, Mei was shaking like a leaf, forcing herself to remain to stand, she had unlocked her own chakra recently so it was much easier to do so, Tsunade had a naturally large chakra so she was definitely shocked at the force she felt, but she was the least affected of them all.
Tobirama was, shocked. Pushing out his own chakra, he and Kakashi's Father Sakumo covered Kakashi to help relieve the pressure on him, and the boy visibly relaxed once the feeling left.
Everyone in the clan felt the sudden spike in chakra, like a roaming monster who had been hiding in their own all this time.
Rei's chakra, was for lack of better terms, terrifying. The ground around him cracked violently as pieces of earth were forcibly lifted around him, Tobirama seeing that eyes widened a bit, knowing the implication of this.
Putting the force aside, the size, and quality of his chakra was on a whole new level, even before when he had first met Tobirama it had not been this powerful, that was because, in the two years, Rei had gone through his first 'Major' evolution, not just his chakra, but his whole body, but that would be explained later.
The force of his chakra covered the clan grounds and a large portion of Konoha, those sensitive to chakra signature instantly began to move, fearing the worse only to find a four-year-old Rei releasing a chakra signature of a beast.
It wasn't like the tailed beast chakra, their chakra where it was plentiful and powerful, was tamed to an extent, only when their emotions fluctuated would it also do so.
Rei's however was like a beast who simply opened its eyes, and its sheer intent and strength alone was enough to cause chaos, to make those who sought to go against him think otherwise.
Tobirama came out of his shock and spoke quickly, his voice firm. "Rei that's enough!''
The moment that was said, all that chakra suddenly vanished, Mei slumped to the ground and Tsunade wavered heavily, Mito catching her arm to help her stay upright. The pressure suddenly being taken off was so sudden it was like their knee's locked suddenly.
Tobirama stared at Rei, his control? Not perfect, but to be able to suppress that much chakra that quickly, despite it having been that violent? That only further set Rei in his mind as an absolute monster.
He turned to those that had gathered, a simple look from him had them returning to their own business, turning back to Rei he watched, his jaw tightening for a moment before he stepped forward to the relaxed Rei who was pushing the chunks of earth he had ripped up with his chakra into their respective holes and flatten them out, the strength of a casual stomp enough to flatten the training field back out.
Tobirama pulled out a chakra paper and handed it to Rei, his face serious. "Rei, I need you to confirm something for me, you know how these work, correct?''
Rei gave a nod as he took the paper between his index and middle finger. Staring at it a moment, he channeled neutral chakra into the paper, and when he did.
The paper split into many parts, before pieces floated away, staying near the paper as lightning arced between the floating pieces.
Rei had a Kekkai Genkai, one that hasn't been recorded.
