Their communication was suddenly interrupted by Lyor.

"Baby, are you there?" - he blurted out worriedly and pulled the boy from the swing towards him. - Sorry for Deryn's outburst. He snuggled up to us while we were sleeping, but I didn't notice. Are you not angry?"

"Some kind of…" - Kire squeezed out tensely, shrugging him off and walking forward along the path with quick steps.

"How frivolous you are! — Eriolan said meaningfully with a slight grin. - Do you think it's that simple? You still haven't won his heart."

"What did he say to you?" - Lyor whispered in confusion.

"There's no need to say anything. Everything is so clear! You want and receive too much from him.

Lyor frowned with displeasure and went after the boy.

"What did you talk about?" - he asked Kire.

"As always… about my father. They were quite close…"

"Is that all?"

"What's the matter?"
