Synopsis
The classic set-up. Death -> Wishes -> Reincarnation -> Lots of drip and cool crafts and the like.
The plot follows Ōetsu Nimaiya who has the two Meta Essences: the Crafter, for obvious reasons and the Mad Doctor, to spice things up.
He will craft and show the world what it truly means to be the Number One Zanpakuto Creator!!
