"Normally the level 10 boss monster can be solo killed with ease, that is for the normal player that didn't pick production job for their first job. Without any combat related skill, I don't know if it's possible for you to beat it." – said Kitty.
"That's why we are doing this together. We need you to reach level 11 so you can pick your second class. You need to get combat type class or you will pretty much end up struggling in future when fighting against the monsters when you would need a skill to fight them."
"But I want to make stuff ;(."
"Blame yourself. You still don't have enough money to buy yourself your own tools and you also don't have any materials to craft stuff besides those sharp sticks. Speaking off, how many of those you have anyway?"
"We have 16 in total of those. I wanted to make more, but- "
Flashback when Forge was outside the town wall and was making Sharp Sticks.
"And that's makes 14, just few more …."
(Em, people are watching me for some reason.)
(People are staring at me again. Maybe they will go away if I ignore them.)
(….16.)
"….."
(Why is there more of them now?! Did I did something?)
(…Screw this!)
Forge quickly got up from the ground and quickly run to town.
Back to the present.
"Yikies. Well, it's quite obvious, you are one of the races that weren't present in beta version and you were crafting items when crafting is still pretty unknown to the players. During beta there was only [Blacksmith] and [Alchemist]." – said Kitty while walking together with Hype and Forge.
"[Blacksmiths] during beta could only craft using iron ore to create an iron weapons or armor and [Alchemist] could craft only craft HP or MP potions."
"Before there was no way to craft using wood, it instead was used by fuel for blacksmith furnace. Your skill for example [Wood Carving] wasn't in the beta version and its brand-new skill. I believe [Blacksmith] before only had 2 skills [Blacksmithing] as well as [Repair] and that is all." – said Kitty.
(Now that she mentions it that, Hype said something about them seeing item they never saw before. So, the Sharp Stick didn't existed before in this game.)
"The people probably got interested in you for two reasons. First was the unknown crafting that wasn't in the game before and the second reason is because you were insectian, both of those things made you stand out. Honestly, we were both surprised when you crafted something." – said Hype.
"I really doubted that you could craft something at first, but I wanted to see new [Blacksmith] skills worked. I can bet that some people that watched you were beta testers and they were also interested in finding out [Blacksmith] new skills." – said Hype.
"Anyway, let's stop talking about that for a moment and focus on task ahead. Our target is a boss monster named Big Evil Rabbit. It's two times bigger that normal Evil Rabbit and it has 3 attack patterns." – said Kitty, changing the subject.
"The first pattern is to charge straight at you and headbutt you, pretty much same as regular Evil Bunny."
"The second attack is a leap attack, it will launch itself at you. It will growl before doing that and when it does that, instantly start moving right or left to dodge it."
"The third attack is back kick, simply put if you are standing behind it, you may end up getting hit hard and send flying. This attack deals most damage and can even one shot you."
"Everything else is pretty much the same as normal Evil Bunny."
"So, I just do everything like before, but watch out for the growl and try not standing behind it. It doesn't sound too hard."
"Did you forget that you have limited SP? The boss monster have higher HP, since you don't have a skills, you will have to hit it with basic attack over and over again, this will results in you losing SP at quick rate and if you don't finish the monster off when you run out of SP, you can probably tell that you are screwed."
"While we distract it, you throw the sharp sticks at it. As soon as it grows, it will have a short opening, use it for advantage." – said Kitty
"There is a chance that it will cause him to change the target to you. So, try to not get hit and then you will fight it while we attack it from distance. That is the plan."
"…. Em, actually, can we go with my plan on the start? I want to test out something."
"?"
Forge explained his plan to his teammates and moments later, they ended up coming face to face with the boss monster.
[Big Evil Rabbit – Level 10]
"Let's go."
Both Kitty and Hype Charged at the monster, while Forge took out from his inventory Sharp Sticks.
"[Weapon Strike]!"
"[Cheap Strike]!"
The rabbit growled, preparing its leap attack, but before it could do that, a sharp stick flew at it, hitting it in the side.
The angry rabbit monster turned its head towards Forge that hurt it and leaped straight at him. The Forge in responses dodged to the right and revealed a bunch of sharp sticks that were covered by Forge body before, sticking out towards rabbit monster.
The rabbit leap attack ended up making creature land on top of the sharp sticks, breaking some of the sticks, but also having some of them pierce its body and immobilizing it in place.
The creature tried getting out but it then noticed the trio surrounding it, with their weapons in hands and smiling. They then beginned beating up the poor rabbit that couldn't fight back.
[You have slain: Big Evil Rabbit – Level 10.]
"That was…. A bit evil? How the heck knew that would work."
"I didn't. I just wanted to test it out. You remember when sometimes rabbits charged at us and ended up getting themselves pierced by sharp stick right? You also told me that you once fell into a hole during beta period, that hole had spikes in it and it ended up killing you. I tried something similar to both of those things and tried making a trap using sharp sticks."
"…" – both Kitty and Hype looked at Forge with wide eyes open.
"What?"
"Nothing. It's just we weren't expecting something like that from you. Are you sure you never played this game before?" – asked Hype.
"Yea, why ask?"
"Nothing." – (I'm kind of scared what he would be like as enemy.) – though both siblings.
[Level Up.]
"Oh, I got a level."
"Wait, how? We are still level 10?!" – said confused Hype.
"Em, I think this is because I crafted stuff. Whenever I made sharp stick, I got 2 EXP."
"That's kind of explain things. EXP from hunting monsters are distributed between players, but stuff like crafting items gives only EXP to person who made an item." – said Kitty/
"Anyway, what are the classes you can pick? Are there any new race classes?"

"Say, what is the [Insectian Warrior – Beetle] do?" – asked Hype.
"…. It's a combat type focus class that boost my own performance in battle. I think I will go with it and see how it goes."
"Your choice, all it matters that you get combat type job."

"Oh, passive skill and it's presentence stat increase type, they are quiet weak at the start since they – said Kitty while checking Forge stats.
"Anyway, we need to level it up to level 10 at least to see the rest of the skills the class have to offer."
"…"
"What are you doing?" – asked Hype.
"Well, I got new class that I can pick, [Advance Blacksmith] and I'm wondering if I should pick it as my next class."
"You are really dead set on [Blacksmith] aren't you?"
"Pretty much. I mean, it's way more interesting that I though and the ways that items can be used in many interesting way."
The Kitty and Hype suddenly walked a bit and talked about something while Forge wasn't paying much attention to them.
"Okay, so how about this. Let's make a deal, we will help you get to the level 20, this should help get your [Blacksmith] to level 10 and level up your new class to level 10 as well. You should be able to fight some monsters by yourself at that point without our help and earn some money to rent tools and buy materials." – said Kitty.
"When we reach that goal, we will split the party and you will focus on item crafting. You will have time and ability try crafting stuff and we will be able to get some information from you about [Blacksmith] class and how it works. Deal?" – said Hype.
(…It's honestly not bad deal. Honestly saying, I'm kind of more interests in item crafting at the moment that combat. They probably realized and that is why they are offering the deal.)
"…Deal." – after bit of thinking, Forge agreed to the deal.
"You sure? You won't regret it."
"Hey, you wanted me to play this game. So let me chose the way I want to play."
