Mouth wide open, Samuel felt his whole body go blank. The pain, it was so much that he couldn't even scream.

In one full push, Issac shoved his whole dick inside of him, ripping him in two. He actually felt his ass ripping, and before his mind could come back to earth, his mouth was shut closed by Issac's mouth.
