Also, Commissioner Gordon, as he often works with Batman and his presence could add more police - related drama to the story. Maybe he's investigating Silver St Cloud at some point.

Well, one could imagine a story where a couple on their honeymoon checked into the Silver Queen Hotel. At night, they heard a woman sobbing softly in the adjacent room. But when they informed the staff and checked, the room was empty. Over the years, many guests have reported similar experiences, hearing the sobbing sound as if a heartbroken spirit is still lingering in the hotel, perhaps a woman who was left at the altar and died of a broken heart in that very place.

I'm not sure. It could be new if the Seattle Times has recently decided to focus more on 'West Side Story' for some reason, like a local production revival or a new movie adaptation. But it might also be an existing section that has been there for a while.
Sure. Once I failed an important exam. I was really down. But then I realized that this made me study much harder. I found better study methods and in the end, I not only passed the next exam but got an excellent grade. So, that initial failure was like the black cloud, but it had the silver lining of making me a better student.
