He could team up with Kratos. Harry could use his magic to assist Kratos in battles against the mythological creatures there. They might discover that the dark magic in the God of War world has similarities to the dark magic in the wizarding world, and together they work to stop a powerful evil force that threatens both realms.

One idea could be Kratos arriving in the RWBY world and getting involved in the fight against the Grimm. His combat skills and Spartan rage would be a huge asset. Maybe he teams up with Ruby and her friends, teaching them some of his more brutal combat techniques.
