Should I use names to introduce characters in a novel?

Then let me tell you this - if I'm willing to use this great cover for this novel, then surely as heck I am confident in the first chapter making you read more! (Yes, it's male-lead. He was known as the garbage of the Melvix family by all the knights and family members but that didn't matter to Noah.
