why make his back story a marine captain when the mc even didn't act like one because being a marine doesn't have a guy like that much less a captain because if he is really a marine he would not be acting like an idiot just rewrite this author

it's a very good fanfic, mc lives during 1st and 2nd world war and participates in them, it's before "The boys" series (probably) .. Actually I started to watch the boys because of this fic, it's a shame the story only just begun, can't wait for more chaps. Recommended.
Not enough The Boys fanfiction. This is already a 5 star. Plus Wolverine is perfect for the setting

It's good. And I dont mean it like some simple oh, it's good. Brothers, I mean, it's Goooood. Like a bit to brutal things to read? Read this. So far, its character development and building experience, currently a focus on WW2
I don't have much knowledge about The Boys be it the TV Show or the comics other than some bits and pieces. Based on the first chapter so far, this story is very promising and has more potential than the Modern Family Fic. I know this story has super elements, but I find that it has a sense of realism which fascinates me as a reader. Hope the fanfic continues to be good and lives up to its immense potential
