It isn’t, you can’t just switch perspectives whenever without telling the reader, do you think it would be enjoyable to read a book where the character you are reading from the perspective of can change at any point without warning? Each paragraph could be a different person for all I know

How does he know that? If he hasn’t already connected with the energy he wouldn’t even be able to sense it very well never mind determine it flows into fetuses, he also wouldn’t be able to generalise the situation to all fetuses anyway, he knows he is special due to the energy he got from the afterlife, it could have an affect on this, considering the red light that happened as well he could’ve developed passive energy absorption or something
At this point, I didn't have much else to do, so I tried to actively connect with the energy of this world, since it flows passively into every fetus.

Adding in unnecessary words doesn’t make it formal, the way the information is presented would affect how formal it is, removing the line that is completely unnecessary wouldn’t affect the formality of the interface in anyway except making it look nicer, making it look like a message from a friend would change its formality though
