Well I am not Chinese so how else would you expect me to translate this without mtl? Never claimed otherwise so not really sure where this is coming from. It's not like I gain or loose anything from claiming that I speak Chinese, or admitting that I use aid of mtl to translate, as people are still going to read it. I however do take my time to edit and enhance as I ultimately do read this fics myself. I am sure you have chanced upon translations that have simply been copy-pasted. As matter of fact you might want to check out this same fic but translated from someone else and compare. Huge difference.

Thanks for the heads up. I wasn’t aware that someone else had taken this on. I was about to drop it, but I decided to check it out first. Unfortunately, the translation quality is really poor, which isn’t too surprising given the high release rate of chapters. I still might continue, though—it would be a shame to let such a gem go without giving it the polish it deserves. Let's see what happens.

A really well-crafted fanfic. As someone who’s far ahead in chapters, I have to say I’m very impressed with this gem. After a bit of polishing, I’d confidently say it competes with the best. Thanks for the feedback. To answer you question, Lin Mo is currently in the "real world" of his second reincarnation. This "real world" is in the Cyberpunk universe of the anime/videogame. The UltraDream device functions similarly to a highly advanced Braindance, but instead of just reliving recorded experiences, it allows Lin Mo to simulate future events. Once the simulation ends, Lin Mo returns to the present with all the knowledge he gained during the simulated experience. This allows him to use foreknowledge to his advantage, influencing real-world events and outcomes based on what he learned in the simulation. Hope this helps :)
Yeah, it's all about quality over quantity. Depending on the flow, I make adjustments to ensure it appeals to a more westernized audience like ourselves. That can sometimes mean re-writing sections without changing the story, which might result in more or fewer words.
