I understand what you mean. While re-reading the earlier chapters, it's clear where I went wrong. As for world-building, I'm still learning how to do that xD. I've learnt a lot as I progressed in chapters, though. In any case, I'll probably rewrite those chapters when I get time. Thanks a lot for your review, and I hope you continue enjoying the story :3

I see what you mean. What I was trying to do was to show that our MC cares about no one but a few people, a twisted sense of love, one might call it. However, it seems that the way I presented it was... bad. Well, all I can do now is try to fix it when I rewrite the chapters, and I'll try my best for that.
