Hundreds of years of unstable peace are coming to its end while the Galaxy is on the verge of a new war. Always hungry, The Hutt Cartel is growing, and the Galactic Republic led by Jedi Consular Vilimen is trying to find a way to restrain their growth. Meanwhile, young Padavan Nalek finds himself in the middle of a raging scandal around the Jedi Order: a politician has suffered from his actions and someone has to answer. Seven years later Satto who has recently become a Jedi knight is heading to the Hutt space in order to find the answers demanded by a powerful Jedi Consular. But the mission has turned to be not as easy: little by little, Satto is starting to suspect that the Force itself brought her to a mysterious planet of Tann.
