Well, Rebellion was originally going to be given to Jae by Ozpin and the others but during the fight with Cinder in the Vault, she stabbed him with it...What happened after that no one knows As for Titan Fang (His own sword) He left it at the Blacksmiths to be upgraded

Just so that there's context, both Goku and Genma can technically be considered equals...Goku is just more physically powerful while Genma is more technique oriented; Genma is essentially the Joseph Joestar to Goku's Johnathan, he might not be as strong as Goku but he is capable of manifesting a wider range of techniques that can even out the field which is why he uses techniques like the Lightning Surprise or limit the drawbacks of the Kaioken
