I want her to have an actual role in the story so I'm making her more proactive. Also I'm pretty sure her mother told her she was a Venerable seed because of her dream path Gu early in the series.
Not really. At this point in the og story Fang Yuan was attacking Mo Yao's will and finding ways to refine Star Thought Gu. Fang Yuan's current plan in this fanfic is to kill off one of the strongest current members of Shadow Sect. Not really comparable even if it isn't executed well.
The wiki says that Hu Immortal blessed land is 4000 sq km so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I'm not going to bother with measurements I just wanted to fill up the word count.
But this new island casting a long shadow over Hu Immortal blessed land was hundreds of times larger than the clumps of cloud soil. It was absolutely enormous, about 500 square kilometers. To put that into perspective this sole floating island was the same size as the largest cities in the entire world. This 'island' wasn't just a piece of land floating in the air either, it was an accumulated mass of densely packed clouds.

There is. It's explicitly stated that the sovereign immortal aperture is weird because it can't have a core Gu. Normal Gu immortals all have core Gu. It's how Gu masters can ascend their core Gu along with their own ascension to rank 6.
The only way to circumvent this from happening was to make the immortal Gu your core Gu. Core Gu would always survive failed refinement, no matter how badly damaged it was. Even if every other Gu in the refinement was destroyed, the immortal Gu would always survive. But this problem couldn't be solved by making the immortal Gu you wanted to advance your core Gu.

I'm going to be so annoyed if Danzo awakens the Rinnegan. There's been so many villains buffs in this novel that's it been dragged to over six hundred chapters. I don't even want to keep on reading but I feel obligated to because I spent so much time on it.
Agreements between Gu immortals are always made with an information path Gu. You can assume that anytime Fang Yuan works with someone they set up an agreement beforehand that restricts what they can do. If they break the agreement they die, pretty simple.
Yes
The creation of immortal Gu was like the process of a mortal becoming an immortal. It was an ascension that went against heaven and brought about it's wrath, forming a deadly natural disaster that only stopped once the process ended in destruction or success. When two of these natural disasters known as calamities mixed, it would create something beyond the strength of any normal Gu immortal. If it wasn't for the fact that Vicious Lightning Fiend was forced to protect Hu Immortal blessed land then Fang Yuan wouldn't have dared to refine two immortal Gu at the same time.

I'm pretty sure the reason why that happened with the snow monsters was because heaven took the opportunity to infuse it's will alongside reckless savage when Fang Yuan was trying to increase his strength path attainment. Regardless I'm not going to stay faithful to the original work. It's far too complex for me to remember everything so I'll tweak it to suit the direction of this story.
"Send a letter to that old man Lang Ya. Tell him I want to borrow his rank 7 Beast Enslavement Gu. Tell him to reply quickly and I'll pay him 500 immortal essence stones."

Fang Yuan uses heaven and earth style to refine Gu since it's the one he knows the most about via Lang Ya blessed land. The formation he created doesn't use his own strength but the strength of the dao marks in Hu Immortal blessed land. It's basically a weaker version of Lang Ya's Refinement Cauldron.
