This chapter reads like a robot… The plot is there but the delivery flopped 🫳~~
"You should try the sauce too," I dipped the meat in the special sauce made by the chefs here and ate it. The lobster was so tender, it melted in my mouth.

I don’t agree with how this development is happening. Harry Potter has been through a war and experienced so much since his birth that it’s not even funny. But seeing a man he only knew the name of die in a peaceful, non-graphic way gives him trauma? I don’t buy that He wasn’t directly or even indirectly responsible— he just didn’t do anything. And even if he did something to stop him from crashing into the wall, the trio would try even harder to walk through it thinking that it’s the weak point of the ward since Harry was trying to not let them touch that. So, yes. This development seems forced and the author is giving him trauma for the sake of it. But! It’s not my story and I’m enjoying it so far 🤷♂️
Harry had known the man would not survive. He had allowed him to die. In that moment of cold detachment, he felt like a monster, and he couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't the last man he would kill in his life.

"I wouldn't tempt her, Professor." Harry said. "She once gave me a lecture on particle physics that nearly blew my mind. Did you know, that if you removed all the space between the particles, the entire human race would fit inside a sugar-cube?"

"Get. Out." Amelia said in a frosty tone. The guard didn't even try to argue after that. Bones had a reputation for a vicious temper. People that displeased her would never be able to find promotion. She also had a very long memory. 'Glad I'm not Black.' the guard thought as he left the room.
