Does Raphael's chant annulment also work for Noble phantasm's?

I bring Excalibur up to the right side of my body. Pointing the edge of the blade forward. I start to pour my endless OD into Excalibur, the blade shining in eternal victory. "This light is the planet's hope…" Its glow lights up the entire area around me, filling it with a sense of hope for a better future. "Proof of the life that illuminates this world!" I can somehow feel Excalibur as it draws power from the world, even though I'm not fighting an enemy that threatens it. "Behold!" I start to swing Excalibur in an upward arc toward the open sky. A beam of golden light forms and shoots out of the blade as I swing it. "Excalibur!"

thank you for appeasing my neard brain, getting your numbers correct and not confusing the speed of lightning with the speed of light. But now that I'm looking Google seems unsure of the speed of lightning... Anyway, I like the metric system more so for those that want to know the numbers in metric: 434 523 km/h or 120 700 m/s or 120,7 km/s

'Lightning can move at 270,000 miles per hour, that's 75 miles per second, I'll make it to Hirabari in three.' This was another part of her training, she was figuring out how fast lightning (aka she could) move at top speed.

She was sitting on a massive throne that looked like an almost black tree grew into the form of a throne just for her, on both armrest there also seemed to be a symbol that looked like the end of a fountain pen.

can you give Gwen the ability to make invisible fire? because if she puts enough ki into her firebending and the fire gets hot enough, the light it produces has such a high frequency it becomes imperceptible to the human eye and the fire becomes invisible. At least that's the way I understand fire in the real world. And if you go with this idea please keep in mind that the fire would have to be far hotter than the sun and would thus be physically felt by those around her if they haven't died by then due to the heat. just an interesting idea I can't get out of my brain
