yep but it puts massive pressure on other villages when they have to replace hundreds of ninjas, most being genin and chunin with the rest being jounins of all variety. other villages will then have to put their s ranks on fujin just to survive after the war when they have less ninjas that can do the regular missions, e.g, the army loses hundreds of soldiers and the village loses hundreds of ninjas that can do missions to bring in money

with the ice spike that sprout up, you could also use them in a way, similar to mirrors reflecting the sun with magic and have it where it zigzags between each ice spike it freezes anything it passes, catching people of guard. you can also scale it bigger for big groups of enemies to take a lot of people out, either with the initial attack into spikes and then the zigzag reflecting magic ray of ice
