Love that Herbaron and Sejuleu Aren can actually read the situation immediately. So far this second book has been dull and repetitive, it's nice to see the author is still able to develop characters with different points of view... I hope we are out of the filler chapters and into the real story !
Yeah, she made golems! It's weird they'd use real soldiers as cannon fodder but no, golems are too evil
A lot. We're not even halfway through if it's the same number of chapters as Ridibooks... I don't understand why the translation is being released so slowly when the app says there are more chapters available
I can't tell if this book is genuinely worse than the first one or if it's the release dates that make it seem empty and poorly paced. It's feeling repetitive, the dynamic between the characters is flat and not enough to justify the lack of story. The first book felt rich in so many ways, with a well-crafted plot, a whole world to explore and complex characters...
It was in one of the previous chapters in the abandoned ruins .They discovered a room full of very lifelike statues of various monsters and when Maxi tried to touch them a rune stole her mana and used it to turn the statues into golems. Elliot had to carry her out while fighting the statues
All the cliffhangers and the super short chapters are starting to cheapen the story. This was by far one of my favorite novels online but now it feels like the story is not as important as clickbait anymore...
Is the book finished ? Why have the chapter stopped being released when the app says there's at least 20 more ?
