Throughout my years in middle and high school, I was never really one for dating, or friends, or socializing. Mostly because it was obvious no one wanted me there breathing the same air as them. So I have no clue why the most sex obsessed guy in school is here talking to me after literally running into me, sending my binder hurtling at the floor. "How bout we make a deal." He stated more than asked, smirking as he stared intently into my eyes. I glared and scoffed in reply, "What kind of deal?" ......

This story is a sequel to my first story, Secret Powers Within and my other story Started With a Mission. In this story however; Kelsey has to leave her home to find where she comes from and who she is, but she also has to fight a new enemy and finds someone she was certain she was never going to see again. Along with a new person she's never even heard of. Who is she? Where is she from? And what is in store for her now? As for Skye, she further goes on a journey of self reflection and is still learning what it means to have others care about her. All while fighting both internal and physical battles, one battle of which requires both at once... what is she truly capable of?

The life my fiancé thinks I live is normal, mundane, but I have secrets that I've kept from him for years. He still has no idea and I plan on keeping it that way until he gets his crap together about what I'm capable of. The annoying guy at work however; does know my secrets and he never leaves me alone. I practically see him more than I see my fiancè! Nearly every day I see him both at work as well as outside of work, where as I only see my fiancè for dinner. Do you know how annoying it is having to see your enemy so much? Then everything changed and I couldn't be happier that it did.

My life has always fricken sucked. I've known that since I was like two years old, such a simple fact to me. Everyone hates me, labels me as weird or annoying and for some reason they feel the need to bully me and stab me in the back. I always see it on their faces they're desperate to be away from me, yet they always stare. Everyone who has ever come into my life has left shortly after getting to actually know me. Everyone except my best friend and the annoyance who refuses to leave me alone that goes by Dylan. But... then things in my world changed, the impossible happened... and it all started with a mission.

My life is so incredibly boring. I have no friends because everyone thinks I'm weird and they find it fun to push me around, laughing at me. I have no siblings to be friends with either, thanks mom. There's nothing to do for fun in the town I live in and I'm just a nobody that everyone abuses for entertainment, with nothing special about me. Or... at least that's what I thought... Then I moved to California and it all changed on me, flipped completely upside down and thoroughly made my brain explode. Who knew werewolves, shapeshifters and magic powers were real?
