No, all Kryptonian are, their brain is also 'improved' when they are under the Sun. The problem is Superman would be too OP if he start using his brain, or even learn combat skills. So they sort of nerf him on things like that. Same for Flash, with his Speed Force he should be able to one shot many of his enemies, imagine taking a hit that goes at the speed of light.

But even with all that strength, Sabo escaped from Imu + the 5 Elders. We can assume that Joy Boy was stronger than even Xebec, and I refuse to acknowledge that Imu is the 'final boss' for Luffy. Imu is a big fraud, how someone who is presented as Joy Boy 'arch-enemy' can be so weak that SABO a guy that is not even at the level of a Yonko escape from it + the 5 Elders. Sabo is not even at the level of a Yonko, just a burst of Conqueror from the Elders would have effect on Sabo, so a Conqueror burst from Imu would have literally immobilize Sabo. So either Imu is a big fraud, either this is plot forced.
How was this even possible? The sheer force Whitebeard unleashed was unimaginable. And to think, this was a man far past his prime, burdened by age and injuries. My mind reeled at the thought. If this was Whitebeard now, what kind of monster had he been in his younger days? And what of his infamous captain from the previous era, Rocks D. Xebec? Just imagining the strength of those pirates sent shivers down my spine.
