there's something called reaction time and other 6 sense stuff. you don't need to be as fast as the bullet to dodge a bullet. Just get away from the trajectory, and you won't get hit. Plus, it's not like dodging the bullet is the only option. He can use other curse techniques or the environment to avoid getting shot. Also, I think this Nagant is not yet amped by AFO yet, so there's a chance that her bullets do not go as fast as 30 Mach.

The speed scaling in jjk is wacky and inconsistent from what I know, so saying that the speed limit of every jjk character is just mach 3 is just down playing them. An example of this is PRE-awakened Maki being to catch a bullet which is already close to your mach 3 limit. Another example is Kashimo emitting electromagnetic waves while fighting Sukuna. These waves move at the speed of light, which people argue if jjk characters move at light speed.

Did you forget how op Riezel is? With how strong he is right now there's no need to use mist breathing style or the dolls unless something comes to warrant the use. As for them getting inspiration for making the dolls, I doubt they would make something as close as his any time soon. I think him making different identities using the dolls and other breathing styles is a good way to do whatever he wants without the stigma of a swordsaint over his head.

it's the Yoriichi type zero doll from demon slayer. Riezel modified and upgraded the doll and made it stronger, and brought it to his original world. If I remember correctly the dolls should be around low-high level 5 in strength.
