I get what you're saying, but I think it's fair to say that Lelouch isn't physically strong compared to other characters. He doesn't have the stamina or strength for intense physical tasks, and that's often played for laughs in the show. Yes, by season two, he does show a bit of improvement, like when he saved Shirley, but his real strengths lie in his intellect and strategy, not in combat. That said, I agree that he can use firearms and isn't entirely helpless. If we had Koro-sensei to train him, that could definitely help his physical abilities!
