in the original books it's described as silvery-blonde and she supposedly emits a faint silvery glow in general, plus I think it's quite fitting here to emphasize her otherworldly looks given her quarter veela status instead of just calling her blonde
As Fleur entered the arena, the crowd hushed. The Welsh Green, with its smooth green scales, regarded her with reptilian curiosity. Fleur's silver hair gleamed in the sunlight, a stark contrast to the rocky terrain around her.

I was expecting more drama after how tense things had been between them at the Cullen's house
Splitting the character of Harry Potter into two, an elder brother with memories of a past life and the fictional world of HP and a younger filling the role of the Boy Who Lived, allows the author to write a unique and interesting alternate version of the canon while maintaining enough of the original storyline to keep it familiar. Further exploration of aspects of the wizarding world that were hardly touched in the original story add thought provoking background, while the strained relationships the MC has with many of the original's allies makes for compelling character development and exploration of the choices and values said characters had in the original story, questioning if they're really the infallible Good Guys that JKR presented them as. All in all, an interesting take on the world and story of Harry Potter that I'm eager to read more of.
