so what's even the point if he is just a generic minor villain? In the end, you are just half-assing it. it would have been so much awesome if the other guy was also using his system and all his knowledge to the fullest potential and being an actual "threat" to the mc and also already meeting and having some other "characters" on his side, this had a lot of potential.
The reason I decided on this concept is because I personally dislike MC who don't struggle at least a little. Besides, there's nothing that can challenge the MC when they're rich and powerful, so I came up with a minor villain.
