Fujin is the type of guy to keep coffins with ridiculous amount of seals just in case, right next to other oddly specific objects that are covered by seals.
Now that he had the sealed Kabuto, Fujin immediately decided to ensure that no one would ever remove the seals to revive him. Even though it was highly unlikely for Kabuto to improve as a reanimated ninja, Fujin had no reason to test it out. Hence, he applied a ridiculous amount of seals before sealing him in a coffin, which also had a ridiculous amount of seals.
