im going to give you a reason straight out of my a$$ and it would have some kind of sense that if i didn't said this you could possibily not search it on google XD: because the poles are mainly white that cause the UV rays being reflected more wich affects more the skin, and because of that the people originary from there evolved to have a more darker skin wich have more melanina wich protect the skin from the UV rays, this is also why in the continent african predomine people with darker skin to black. PD: i don't know s#it if this is real XD
