It is not child trafficking but the police in the area are corrupt, they would rather the couple hundred dollars the dad would give them more than report the crime, their morals are off, and in exchange, they keep silent letting Ken go back to his abusive dad and causing the treatment from said drunkard to become worse.
'Damnit, I don't have medicine for that, though; I can't tell the nurse. She'll inspect my body and find the scars. Then police get involved; normally, that'd be fine, but in this area, they're all corrupt. They'll make one quick phone call, and my life will turn into even more of a hell.'

Yeah would work.
I thought you were being a pal, saving my sanity by using the excuse so we could chill, rest or just sleep.

First off, thank you for the review and for taking the time to write this out. With that being said, I'll have to disagree with the basis you provided. Firstly, the protagonist is similar yet fundamentally different from Kaneki. Though this is only from chapter twelve, it's shown that due to his younger age and worse upbringing, he has a more negative outlook on things and less emotional capacity than Kaneki. Additionally, he desires affection and people close to him, causing him to actively seek out those he can trust (Eg.Himiko), whereas Kaneki, in the beginning, was pushing people away out of confusion for who he was—something Ken in my book never dealt with. That and the overall more brutality he has, along with some other things, make him actually very different from the 'original' Kaneki, just as I designed him to be. Next, you say that besides the background and upbringing, nothing has been created by me, yet you fail to mention the worldbuilding of a more nitty gritty MHA world I've been CONSTANTLY building upon. You also overlook the side characters I've implemented, particularly the large group he JUST joined where you’re at, who play a huge role in his character and are 1000% unique in their personalities, actions, and thoughts. You say that I didn't consider the MC being a teenager and that he should have left, and on this point, I kind of have to completely agree with you—he SHOULD have just left, stayed at home as little as possible, while trying to sneak inside quietly. Except, that’s EXACTLY what I state. I show that he intentionally stays at school late staying outside until the 'moon comes up’ (Chapter 1), so that he doesn't have to be in his house as much. I write how the door ‘Creaks,’ signifying a slow opening of the old, rusty doors as he ‘Tries’ to sneak inside. After that, you say the MC doesn’t act like a normal person who grew up in a normal environment, and you're right again—because he isn’t. If I haven’t made it clear, then my apologies, but the protagonist is someone who has grown up in a terrible environment—TWICE. First, dropping out of school, living a meager lifestyle on the streets until he DIED by 15, and second, living with an Abusive, Drunk, Piece of Sh*t father and nobody else around him for TWELVE YEARS. So yes, he is far from a ‘normal’ person. You again point out how he is a ‘Ken Kaneki’ copy and refer to the cafe. While I will agree that I drew ‘Several’ similarities from the book, I will point out that this is a TG fanfiction with the title being ‘One Eye’d King’ in MHA. But despite what's being insinuated, the plot follows nothing like how Tokyo Ghoul did, at least not in the way others may think. You go on to say how you believe the world will stay relatively similar and how the MC will end up like a Kaneki clone. You don’t recommend it to anyone looking for something different, and to that, I say I COMPLETELY DISAGREE. As stated above, I’ve shown that this IS a different world, and for anyone wondering how TG and MHA would combine and how their unique aspects would intertwine, I say feel free to give it a try. Due to my lack of memory, I will digress that I may have been lacking in my explanation of Japanese words, and for that, I will apologize. While not in any way a majority of the content I post, I will make sure to do better in providing explanations for them in case the already provided ones are lacking. [I want to end this by saying I am in NO WAY attacking (Klillo) and actually appreciate that he took the time out of his day to comment and give me his thoughts! Thank You! I am simply addressing the points that I feel are wrong so that future readers don’t get discouraged by them and steer clear of my novel. Thank you to anyone who has read this far and I encourage you to continue reading the story and leave your own review if you have any opinion's on the story.]
Boy in his past life liked Manga, Mc (stole) borrowed the boys books frequently due to him not having his own manga
He "borrowed" a lot of 'books' from that boy's room.

I guess, though questions of who in their right mind would be willing to mutilate themselves for someone else. Also how much would the payment be? Would that be enough to satiate Ken? But a thought provoking Idea.
Walking up to find himself in that godforsaken place, that this nighmare wasn't simply a dream, a hoax, but was his reality, sobered Ken up all too soon.

Yeah I put the wrong name its supposed to be death arms.
Imagined a caved in car roof
His arm was covered in bruises and his head was beat up. The top looked beat up and uneven, in addition he walked with a slight limp, indicating an injured leg.
