If the book is published, it can be used to market the book.

In my opinion, it’s simply an animation choice. In the anime, Zenitsu was flying during the fight in S2, but in a ‘realistic’ version, he was probably just running on the rooftop at high speeds thanks to Thunder Breathing. As for the one about Rengoku, it is known that the Hashira are strong and fast enough to create wind blades with the swings of their swords, thus the majority of Sanemi’s attacks, so he could’ve done so to intercept Akaza’s attacks.
