I think it's just him who is thinking that his mother is doing it to train her while she is just doing to play with her child. We got ourselves an overthinking mc here.
He tried to grab the toy, but no matter how hard he tried, the toy always seemed to be one step faster than him. However, he wasn't angered by this because he knew it was all part of his mother's training and he noticed how delighted she looked as well that her son took an interest in the little toy she made.

i mean if you are sleeping with twins they atleast would have different personalities and diffrent thoughts but with the diffrent version of the same person it takes that away but yeah the idea of Him taking her to that world and kill all the Zombies is pretty good, it would be interesting to see her interact with the characters of that world now that see can oneshot a horde of zombies 😂.
