actually he cant posses such lvl of genjutsu... its just one of those wierd stuff that happened but dont make sense... he whould need to strech time at least 36.5 million times... that is if genjutsu he used lasted for a whole minute (and it most likely didnt as it was just few seconds)... also it dont work like that as when you die in genjutsu (lets say kunai slash your throat) you are back to normal after genjutsu ends even if you have some lesset mental dmg... whole izumi genjutsu stuff is just dumb filler from light novels

there is higher % that your Child will be kage when you yourself are an kage (and at least elite jonin), kakashis stamina thing is uhhhh ye in 4th war he somehow had crazy ammout of it but i wonder what kind of training did he do during time skip to get like 10x stronger... and its widely known fact that Kakashi was strongest jonin in konoha at beggining of Naruto series (aside of kage) obv we saw guy and root being stronger later on but thats just cuz of Shippuden power scaling. and we have like no idea how much chakra do civilian ninjas have... only civilian ninjas chakra level we can asume are Minato and Sakura whom are both kage. also i think it was just narutos chakra control that was disturbed by 9tails and not its ammout... and in general we dont have any numbers or values of anyones chakra but asuming that Uzumaki have 100x chakra is just Wild as they whould never lose an war... like they could just spam super op combination jutsus... like lets say that there was 500 uzumakis in their village who were at their combat peak... thats chakra value of 50 000 ppl and not to even mention their insane stamina and recovery speed... in worst scenario they could just brute Force their way out of there with minimal causalities... hell if singe one of them just rushed to enemies and exploder his chakra via some forbidden technique it whould be powerfull enought to destroy moon or some shiz (like in movie where 30? jonins could fire canon to destroy moon)
