You know I'm glad i found someone that I write similar to, and with the same plan too. Its a personal story but i did this between an OC and Angela fresh from the good ending of LobCorp.
Maybe something simple like, "Psi-Awakened" since this is a multi-use mutation that could be seen in other pokemon that aren't normally psychic typing.
