The only Bankai that changed clothes is Ichigo's Fake Bankai cause everything was made from solidified Reishi by the old man Zangetsu so he could act as a zanpakuto for Ichigo. After getting his real zanpakuto his clothes remained the same even while using his Bankai.
(How can we tell what a Bankai's clothing will be like, does the zanpakuto choose it, or is it the subconscious of a shinigami, if so, is it possible to create your own style? 🍷🗿)

If I remember correctly, it had started with after a supposed fight with an otsutsuki member and Naruto dying and reincarnating in a modern digimon world with all of the protagonists from all of digimon there was a mix and some stuff but it was good.
