The coolest thing is most of the techniques you listed are things that are instinctual/starter level. So if you became a hollow with a intact mind then you know how to use Cero, Bala, hierro(armor), I think Sonido, and ressurection is something gained at a certain strength. You barely have to train techniques as a hollow since they are all instinctually gained at certain strengths.
