I know the author personally so I usually get to hear about these reviews on a less professional level. But even then I can harder tell the difference when reading a few of the spotlights that I’ve been able to read. He manages to continuously convey his true opinions about a story he has taken the time to truly critic without falling prey to others opinions. Another thing I’ll say from reading these is that he was able to peak my interest enough to make me want to read some of the Webtoons mentioned. An amazing series filled with puns that know no end and unique story lines that you should definitely check out.

After reading all the chapters of Phoenix, I feel the same feeling as when I watched the animated series Invincible. Omna is the definition of real justice, to be hopeful and inspiring. At the cost of sometimes having to get your hands bloody. If every hero could save every villain from the clutches then it’d be done. But it’s not that simple because sometimes two people with unwavering desires clash. And the only logical outcome is that someone wins but Omna shows that even in victory there lies defeat. Phoenix is a great piece on justice and beliefs and I’m glad I could experience this as a reader.
