Books that teach to read seem great especially if its for learning elvish. Most likely for learning to read Gnomish or maybe other languages to for children, learning to read that stuff would be great for everyone, you could pass around secret info not a single transfer could read without making a new language.

Once you get into higher level cities than that, you'll start seeing much more advanced classes for pretty much every transfer, and almost all of the citizens born in a second advancement area will be born with an interface. That's also where the more obscure and powerful races start becoming common. With the second class change, transfers who meet the prerequisites will have the option to change their character race. It's uncommon, but some human Druids will become Beastkin or Fae species, and the occasional special case will find a way to become what they want.

I wanna see what happens if he max merges every single summon into one being. His gaurds, greater, and lesser, and demon army all as the same species and type if possible even if they are all different ranks merged into one super demon that chews bubble gum a obliterates ass, and is all out of gum.
Being upgraded to Greater Golems made them much larger, and with the two Legendary Demons merged with Cain, their agility and movement speed have skyrocketed.

If the system auto taxes are also once a month this seems odly fair. The amount of money a person with the interface could easily hide or fraud away in a single inconspicuous item is insane because of their incentories while a regular person would have no way of doing this but they would be dealing with smaller amounts of money anyway since they are probably not running dungeons.
If you have an interface, the taxes will come out automatically. If you don't, the city treasurer will come around to collect once a month. Everybody hates the unfortunate guy for his job, but they never did give him too much trouble. Hopefully that continues.

I should also mention depending on the situation a UBI can be incredibly expensive and hard to balance so this ideal isn’t entirely viable, you can do things like try to regulate the prices of certain essential goods, make sure only people who make under a certain amount benefit from UBI (many potential work arounds) and a whole host of solutions which none are perfect without screwing up your economy. But in this world there is likely a natural gold sink somewhere because they litterally infinitetly print money without any form of control so there will always be money, you could litterally pay someone 10% of everything they get just having them do dungeon runs. The thing with such a system is the money bas to go somewhere so that’s why I think there is a way for the system to take money away otherwise it’d flood the market fast.
Everything from a weekly grocery allowance, city funds for residents to go on vacation, city run daycares to go with the existing city run schools, Universal income so everyone would get a wage whether they worked or not. The list is endless and endlessly expensive.
