well probably because she is not the most ideal for this. i mean we as people who whatch everything know how one details affects another thing in the verse but for the characters of that world they hardly knoe some stuff, or even when they know they might not know the timming or the specifics at all. so it might make sense for herself what she is doing, but for us it just seem kinda useless.
