i like this idea of yours for the language comprehension that some people for some reason dont think much about and the without losing HP makes me think my little idea is either a coincidence or you thought about stuff like that in the future
Language Comprehension; Comprehend all languages and tongues in existence, known or unknown or forgotten. However, certain languages would require The Gamer to have certain stats at high enough values in order to speak or even understand them without losing HP. The Gamer will be restricted from comprehending these languages before requirements are met.

wait I just noticed that people that have this skill don't use minecraft enchantment table letters to enchant things. that is a language and so is primordial tongue stuff that affect reality in some tropes can this skill make the mc understand and use these types of things or does it need leveling to get there and at least some words to work

No idea if this counts, but Eucliwood Hellscythe from "Is This a Zombie?" due to the fact any word she speaks (Being that she's a reality warper any word she says becomes true) causes her immense pain, the more complicated the power usage, the more pain from what I understand
