I don’t think so it evolve the quirk. Take toga awakening she could copy the person quirk. Upgrading her quirk would be just staying as that person for a longer time but it would never change the basic without the awakening.
Not a fan of world hopping it always get messes and go down hill fast. So please delay it how ever long you need. Hoping this is the rare case that this turn out good.
A/N - Spoiler alert, for both happy/unhappy readers of this: MC will NOT be going to Bleach world anytime soon for one simple reason - he's way too weak to live in that world.
