True, most houses in the Vale have way too much pride compared to the power, or lack thereof, they wield. Chief amongst them are the Arryns.
'Once Gunthor returns, we'll need to have a serious conversation. Rhea has no more influence over this little monster.'

"You might have trouble remembering it due to your advanced age, grand-uncle, but even though I bear a different family name, I am your lord; I am the Lord of this House. The House of Royce is me," he said coldly, and I found his tone subtly menacing.

A rusty spoon can be a human weakness if used correctly so that's not that much of an achievement 🤣
Yep, I'm going to teach her firebending. Not necessarily the whole martial arts part of it, just the generation and manipulation of fire which happens to be a vampire's weakness, daylight ring or not.

Good luck! I believe in you!
Since it's tourism and hotel-related, I've had to dedicate most of my time to learning about the industry, the city's landmarks, and all that fun stuff.

Little does Zeno know young Julius will come back with a surprise. Not a wyvern. But something much more dangerous.

That's true but from our MC's perspective he woke in a strange and dangerous new world having lost everything and everyone he knew. on top of that he gets drugged, kidnapped and bound like an animal. After that he gets beaten then told he can go stretch his legs just to get drugged again, bound and shipped to an old guy who wants to use his blood for, as far as he knows, a demonic ritual that would have unspeakable consequences. And last but not least he gets treated like a toy until his captor gets angry at him for seemingly no reason and now the king will probably try to kill or mutilate him without knowing what he did to deserve it. I'm just really curious how they will manage to not make him loathe them. I wish there were more chapters so I could just read what's going to happen because the story is really interesting. Patience is not my strong point.🤣
Honestly for a king and a princess they have the temper of toddlers. She reminds me of cersei Lannister while the king reminds me of Brandon Stark , which in both cases is a very bad thing for our MC. Shike on the other hand reminds me of a manipulative Dumbledore who speaks in riddles and thinks he knows better than anyone. Hats off to the MC though because he has the patience of a saint. Hopefully he can get his revenge with some good old dragonfire. Anyway thanks for the chapter!
Well technically the best way is killing them. Or if you don't want to kill them is to cut off their limbs. only if you don't want to kill or maim them is stunning and snapping their wand the best option. 🤣
Harry summoned their wands and snapped them, having read that the best way to permanently disable an opponent without killing was to remove their main weapon. In that moment he was glad he had taken to reading so much this summer. He finished it off with incarcerous spells to bind the Death Eaters. Once finished he turned his attention toward Ginny who was staring at him wide eyed.
