I agree, the information about essence technique and transcendent battle arts should have been introduced before the fight. I also would have preferred to know how Neph is feeling during the fight. Does she feel a sense of familiarity when fighting Sunny? Has the fight made her feel more curious about him? Does she feel happy that she has seemingly met her match in terms of swordsmanship, albeit both of them are hiding their cards from each other? Can't lie I expected the fight to be at least somewhat close to their fight of the forgotten shore arc. I just hope this fight doesn't end like this with him simply throwing the fight away for nothing. Apart from that I would say the last 2-3 chapters have been ok.
