If you wanted to summon a wizard to infuriate Lucius Malfoy you could bring back Regulus Black from the dead. He died while recovering Slytherin's locket from the cave full of infury sending the elf Kretcher to safety. With Regulus Black alive even with Sirius in jail at Azkaban Draco Malfoy can't inherit the house Black properties, vaults, and seat at the Wizagamut that Lucius needs for passing anti-muggle laws.

A person that died before Harry Potter started school at Hogwarts that could possibly be summoned would be Luna Lovegood's mother. In the books it said that Luna's mother worked at home by creating magic spells. Mrs. Lovegood died while Luna was watching through a crack in a door when a spell she was crafting failed. It would be nice to let her reunite with her family.

Ah one person I just thought of that you could summon would be a younger Neville Longbottom's mother as although she is still currently alive she is stuck in the long term recovery ward of the wizarding hospital with her husband as they are both pretty much brain dead due to the torture that Bellatrix and the Lestrange brothers put them through.

Until the resurrection of Voldemort there are not very many women who he could summon from the original seven movies. Unless you plan to summon the older/younger versions of the students or teachers in Harry Potter's school years like an older Hermione Granger or a young Mcgonagall. If you watch the newer Fantastic Beasts movies you could find a lot more like a younger Nagini that is not stuck as a snake yet. He might be able to get Dumbledore to help cure her bloodline curse. Then I already mentioned Dumbledore's little sister would be a great summon as well. If he gets some temporary summon cards you could have fun with it by having Voldemort have to fight against a young Grindelwald in the fourth year graveyard battle for instance. I hope this helps give you inspiration as I look forward to the future story.

Fun fact if the MC summoned Lily Potter nee Evans then Harry Potter would not need to live with the Dursley family as his mother fulfills the requirement for him living with blood relatives to keep his magical protection from Voldemort. Only thing is the retired Professor Slughorn will likely have to comeback to work at Hogwarts if Lily is alive as she would eventually find out that Snape is the one that got her and James Potter murdered.

Myrtle Warren the girl that Voldemort killed at Hogwarts while still a studend that became the ghost Moaning Myrtle could be summoned during second year and get to finally help everyone know about the basilisk and Tom that killed her and get Hagrid his legal rights to own a wand back. It is strange that nobody seems to have bothered to ask Myrtle's ghost how she really died until the chamber of secrets was reopened.

One person that would be interesting to see get summoned would be the grey lady head ghost of Ravenclaw house/Heiress Helena Ravenclaw as she could restart House Ravenclaw, and keep Dumbledore from messing around in Hogwarts as she would be part owner of the castle. In the fourth year when Voldemort is a homunculus baby you could summon his mother miss Merope Gaunt and have her say something like, "There is no way I died to give birth to such a monster!" Technically she could become the head of house Gaunt if she gets summoned before Tom gets a new body as she would be the only living member of house Gaunt and she could help get the ring Horcrux from her abandoned family home as Tom was living in Riddle Manor during Harry Potters fourth year.

He could subtly change the future by buying the wardrobe from Borgan and Burke's store. It was used to allow death eaters to enter Hogwarts past the wards easily through the matching cabinet that Draco Malfoy eventually fixes inside the school. You could also use a permanent summoning card to bring back Headmaster Dumbledore's dead sister. That would create a massive influence as both the surviving Dumbledore brothers are childless so any children she has would become the heir and her death was one of their biggest regrets in life.

I found a few repeated typos in the chapter. When you did the gym leader chat you put Dylan as the Saffron gym leader name instead of Sabrina. Thank you for the great chapter!
