I think it's important to show detail or at least how the protagonist will build his empire of of steel with the blueprint and stuff (not sure about the pomade though). It's still early chap though so I kinda get why the author try info dump to build up the plot fit for the story tyranny of steel, because in this early chap how is the protagonist suppose to show his tyranny without possessing any power(a lot of steel). After all this story is called 'tyranny of steel' not 'tyranny of idiotic young master' 🤣
