I was silent while driving the rented car, and I couldn't believe we were on our way to Archer's office, I felt so glad my best friend was quiet too, and I don't know what was playing in her head at the moment, but I could tell we have the same expectation.

It is my first time driving a car in Nagazville, and even if there are a lot of changes around the area, I felt glad I am still familiar with the streets, and it feels like I am back in college again. And how I wished I was here to have fun and not talk with my ex, who became my mortal enemy.

"Do you still love Archer now? He bought the place where your cafe is, and I think he did it to remind you of what you have done to him." Val said after a long moment of silence.

"I hate that he bought Mr. Moore's property, but I couldn't blame him if he did it on purpose. I am aware he wanted to get back at me for breaking his heart." I answered.
